COMMISSION MEMBERSHIP
Permanent Specialized Commissions will be established in the framework of AFED. Each commission will have a coordinator. These will be open to individuals from the member institutions, as well as independent persons. Work areas of the commissions will be identified and updated by the Forum’s Executive Committee, according to current and emerging priorities. Initial commissions established by the Executive Committee are:
- Environmental Awareness and Communication;
- Environmental Education;
- Environmental Law;
- Environmental Institutions, Governance and Management;
- Environmental Economics and Social Policy;
- Corporate Environmental Responsibility (CER) and Cleaner Production.
